Victory Arts, through its strong network of volunteers, donors, and partners, will help to create robust programs in underserved communities so that new live theatre, music, and digital presentations can be created and showered worldwide.

HOW WE MAKE IT HAPPEN

Humanity and Heart

Victory Arts was born of a desire to create an environment where people can succeed without discrimination.  Our purpose is to find new artists, programs, and communities that want to produce new live theatre, music, and digital presentations and then to present those work to underserved communities and the world. 

Impartiality and Transparency

Victory Arts makes no discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, or class.  We endeavor to support individuals, groups, and communities being guided solely by their needs and creative briefs to create a positive outcome for all involved. 

Respect and Understanding

Victory Arts believes the need to promote tolerance, respect, understanding, moderation and religious freedom is essential to the development of free and democratic societies.  We believe that respect for the dignity of all human beings is critical to promoting peace and prosperity.

We accept that diversity and understanding the richness of our multiple identities are fundamental to Victory Arts’ principles and approach.

Empathy and Joy

Victory Arts has its footing firmly in place with The Empathy Joy Hypothesis which states that the reason for someone helping another in need are positive feelings associated with the altruistic behavior. Helping others is a reward in itself because it brings a person happiness and joy when they commit a helping behavior.

As our founder, Randall Blaum, says, “True Happiness is Helping Others Find Theirs.”

Unity and Trust

Victory Arts has a firm belief in the reliability of the truth and that truth is imperative to building a healthy company and to serve people to our best.  We believe that we must lead by example, communicate openly to each other and to those we serve, and always play “above the line.”  i.e. no shame, blame, or justification.
